Pre-Construction Video Surveys
A Pre-Construction
Video Survey is intended to protect those firms involved with construction.
This is a video documenting damage in an area where construction is
scheduled prior to the start of the project.
If a claim were made against the client, for pre-existing damage, the
firm can be protected from a suit by entering the video showing that
damage as evidence. A pre-construction video survey is inexpensive insurance
for any construction related company. It is important that a certified
legal videographer document the site since the law requires the video
evidence to be gathered by a disinterested third party.
Examples of pre-existing damage covered by
a Pre-Construction Video Survey:
Sidewalks
Streets
Street Signs & Lights
Trees
Fences
Curbs
Buildings
Landscapes
