VIDEO MOMENTOS and La Jolla Legal Video and Multimedia can assist you in presenting your evidence to the jury by using sophisticated audio-visual equipment. Jury's today are used to technology and to getting their information from video. What better way to present the facts of your case in the manor the jury is familiar with, can relate to, and can understand then through multi-media.

We can provide a professionally trained equipment operator who will act as a vital member of the litigating team. Our equipment operator will set up all equipment in the courtroom, operate the equipment during the trial, and remove all equipment upon completion. This allows you, the attorney, to focus on presenting your case without being distracted by technical equipment operations. We can provide equipment or you may provide it while we operate it. Don't rely on the equipment owned by the courthouse to be available when you need it or to be operating properly.

Below is a list of our courtroom presentation equipment and possible uses:

SVHS VCR:

• PLAY VHS and SVHS tapes
• Used for Opening Statements, Closing Statements, "Day-In-The-Life" Documentaries, or Video Evidence
• Video image is projected on to a large video screen while the audio is monitored by the projectors internal speaker

Video Projector:

• A video projector shows evidence to everyone in the courtroom at the same time. The judge, jury, witness, attorneys and all the participants can now view any documents, photographs, x-rays, color negatives or any 3D object at the same time
• Our video projector has multiple "inputs" so we can connect a laptop computer, a visualizer and our SVHS/VHS video player all at the same time

Projection Screen:

• We offer a 6' x 6' tripod video screen. This screen assembles fast and does not require a large open area to set up

Wireless Lapel Audio Microphone:

• We can provide you with a wireless lapel microphone so everyone in the courtroom will hear your presentation clearly. Walk where you want when you want. Our professional high-end microphone delivers crystal clear audio in the most difficult situations

Hardwired hand held microphones with stands:

• A hardwired microphone on a floor stand or table stand is a good choice when speaking is done in one location, such as a witness stand or when wireless mics pick up interference

All required power cords, video / audio cables, cart, table, etc.:

• We supply and connect and disconnect all power cords, audio cables, video cables as well as equipment tables and carts

Package Price:

• Our package price includes all of the equipment listed above, complete set up, tear down and an expert equipment operator who acts as a vital member of your litigating team throughout the trial.
