Construction Draws

The videotaping of Construction Draws is intended to be used by the banks financing a construction project. As a phase of construction is completed, the contractor notifies the bank so they can confirm completion of the work and the construction company can draw on the funds to begin the next phase of construction. The lending agency then schedules an inspection of the completed phase of construction.

We travel to the construction site to videotape and follow the contractor as he explains and shows the construction phase that has just been completed and the materials that have been delivered to the site. By being a disinterested third party, there is no question as to the validity of the video evidence.
